Buffalo Broccoli Bites

Buffalo Broccoli Bites

Prep: 10 minutes Bake: 15-20 minutes

I have been looking to add more veggies to my diet and I found out about replacing pasta and more with broccoli or cauliflower. These were something I saw in passing on a door dash ad and decided to give a try. This was a lot of fun and a lot of taste that took my taste buds down.

Ingredients

  • Broccoli florets as much as desired

  • Buffalo sauce (or any sauce really) as needed to coat the broccoli. I used Medium Buffalo Wild Wings sauce

  • Panko bread crust. I used Italian herbs crust to season without needing extra

  • Seasonings as needed if you use a more plain panko

  • Any dipping sauce as desired

Prep

  1. Preheat oven to 425 F (218 C)

  2. Prep a baking tray with parchment paper

  3. Add the buffalo sauce to a small bowl

  4. Add the panko crust to a separate bowl

  5. Cut your broccoli down to bite sized pieces

  6. Roll in the buffalo sauce to coat, shake off extra if needed

  7. Roll through panko crust to coat and shake off extra

  8. Place on tray and repeat with rest of broccoli

  9. Bake 15-20 minutes until it is light brown. Mine did not come out crispy but it can

Afterthoughts

I really enjoyed this. I had all the taste I remember from Bdubs and I didn’t feel anything was missing by not having the chicken wings. The Italian herb crust paired great and gave a more robust taste with the rest. This is a great appetizer that can be used at a party or dinner setting.
